Bo Sampler - 2005 US Open of Martial Arts Bo Sample Short Sampler - These kids pull off some sick, sick, sick tricks with the bo staff. Big respect to the guy at the end of the video with the double around the neck release move. Once is hard enough, but twice...INSANE.
